Growing up in a family of educators, Edward learned the importance to motivate and encourage the children of tomorrow. He was not always a teacher; he had a dream of becoming a Police Officer. After all the hard work, his dream came true. Aware of his skill to communicate with children, He was immediately placed in the School Resource Officer Program to encourage and motivate them to “Do the Right Thing”.

NOW as a teacher, Edward combines his unique blend of education and entertainment (edutainment) in the classroom. Now, with Edward Upthegrove Productions he creatively communicates significant educational messages for children. Using tricks, illusions, drama, puppetry, stories, and music Edward continues to makes learning fun wherever he goes! Edward also, travels through out the state teaching other School Resource Officers “How to be more effective in the classroom”

Edward is more than a competent and qualified educator. He is an engaging entertainer; a motivating speaker, a talented puppeteer and an up and coming children's author. Edward Upthegrove Productions will dramatically captivate the imagination of any audience.
